My favorite, I shouldn't have one,but there... I have, and its the jigged bone. Strong and durable and giving a lovely rugged grip, the intricate toffee colored handle is wonderful to use and to look at. The bone is from free range highland cattle and has been a traditional handle material for a long, long time. Carry one and use it.
